乙烯利浸种对甘蔗茎内一些生理生化特性和农艺性状的影响 被引量:3

Effect of seedcane soaking with ethephon on agronomical, physiological and biochemical characters of stalks

摘要 本试验采用 3种不同浓度乙烯利溶液 0 mg/ L、10 0 mg/ L、4 0 0 mg/ L分别对中熟品种桂糖15号 ( G15)和早熟品种新台糖 2 0号 ( ROC 2 0 )在下种前进行 2 4小时浸种处理 ,在不同时期观察主要农艺性状 ,抽样测定 +4叶所在节间的有关生理生化指标。试验结果表明 :用乙烯利溶液浸种处理后 ,在分蘖期和拔节期 ,10 0 mg/ L和 4 0 0 mg/ L浸种处理的甘蔗体内含水量、细胞膜透性、过氧化物酶、酸性转化酶、中性转化酶、Mg2 +- ATP酶、Ca2 +- ATP酶的活性均低于对照 ,最终小区产量 G15分别下降了 6.4 4 %、3 1.95% ;ROC2 0分别下降了 2 .15%、2 3 .61%。在本研究中 ,所有的乙烯利浸种处理都提高了这两个甘蔗品种的分蘖率 ,并使最终的有效茎数增加。此外 ,10 0 mg/ L乙烯利浸种处理还提高了 ROC2 0的甘蔗蔗糖分 。 Sugarcane varieties G15 and ROC20 were soaked with ethephon of different concentrations, which were 0 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 400 mg/L, for twenty-four hours before planting. The major agronomical characters were investigated. Some physiological and biochemical charactes of internodes linking with leaf +4 were determined at different stages. The main results were as follows. At tillering and elongation stages, the content of moisture, the permeability of cell membrane, and the activities of peroxidase, acid invertase, neutral invertase, Ca 2+ -ATPase and Mg 2+ -ATPase in sugarcane stalks were lower in 100 mg/L and 400 mg/L treatments as compared with the control. The yield of G15 decreased 6.44%, 31.95% respectively and that of ROC20, 2.15%, 23.61% respectively.In the experiment, all the treatments for seedcane soaking with ethephon promoted the tillering rate of the two varieties and increased the millable stalks. In addition, the treatment with 100 mg/L also increased the contents of sucrose in cane and decreased the content of reducing sugar in juice for variety ROC20.
