摘要
通过外科手术方法将Ag AgCl乏极化电极固定在山羊的贲门、瘤胃背囊、网胃体、瓣胃、皱胃和幽门的浆膜上 ,导线从颈部皮下穿出。用生理多导仪记录正常山羊胃肌电活动 ,静脉注射不同剂量静松灵 ,以及先、后静注 0 5mg/kg的静松灵、咪唑克生或 /和哌唑嗪 ,同时静注哌唑嗪或 /和咪唑克生与静松灵时对山羊胃肌电频率和振幅的影响 ;用DC 0 0 1型离体器官测定仪记录 0 2 5mg(2 5ml)的静松灵、咪唑克生或哌唑嗪对山羊的贲门、幽门括约肌和瘤胃背囊 ,网胃、瓣胃、和皱胃纵型肌收缩的反应 ,得出以下实验结果 :静脉注射 0 5mg/kg的静松灵对山羊胃蠕动机能的影响是以α2 肾上腺素能受体作用为主的 ,兼有α1肾上腺素能受体的作用 ,不同部位间有某些差异 ;静注静松灵对山羊胃蠕动的影响作用与剂量呈相关性 ;而且山羊胃肌电波振幅的恢复比肌电波频率的恢复慢 ;苏醒时山羊的胃蠕动机能尚未恢复到正常状态 ;咪唑克生 +哌唑嗪逆转静松灵的作用最好 ,咪唑克生的作用次之 ,而哌唑嗪对静松灵的拮抗效果不佳 ;单独静注 0 5mg/kg的咪唑克生和 /或哌唑嗪时 ,山羊的胃肌电波振幅有一定程度的变化 ,而肌电波频率不变。
Th ough the surgical operation,bipolar Ag Agcl electrodes were fitted on the serosa surface of the cardia,rumen dorsal sac,reticulum,omasum,abomasum and pylorus of goats.Wire were punched through the subcutaneous tissue of the cervix dorsalis.The amplitude and frequency of gastric myoelectric activity of goats were recorded using polygraph(360), the groups were:before and after intravenous injection of different doses of Jingsongling,0.5 mg/kgBW Jingsongling and/or idazoxan and/or prazosin.Using the DC 001 organ measure instrument in vitro,the contraction reaction of the vertical and annular muscle of goats at cardia,pylorus,saccus ruminis dorsalis,reticulum,abomasum and omasum,to 0.25 mg(25 ml) Jingsongling,inazoxan and/or prazosin was recorded,the results were:The inhibiting effect of Jingsongling on the goat's stomach contraction was mainly medicated by α 2 adrenoceptor,as well as little effect of α 1 adrenoceptor,and α 1 adrenoceptor mainly exited in the sphincter of the cardia and pylorus,α 2 adrenoceptor exited in the muscle of goat at cardia,pylorus,saccus ruminis dorsalis,reticulum,abomasum and omasum ,but in different position the effect was not the same;The effect of Jingsongling (iv) on the goat's stomach contraction was dose dependent,the lowest dose was 0.01 mg/kgBW;The regain of frequency of goat′s gastric myoelectric activity was earlier than that of amplitude;When goats recovered,the gastric motor activity was abnormal,and the main reason was that the amplitude was not in the normal condition at the same time;When injecting the antagonist,the effect of idazoxan mixed with prazosin to Jingsongling was the best,the effect of idazoxan was good,but the effect of prazosin to Jingsongling was not sufficient;When using 0.5 mg/kg idazoxan and/or 0.5 mg/kg prazosin (iv) only,the amplitude of gastric myoelectric increased at a certain degree,but the frequency was not changed.
