猪链球菌的分离及油乳剂灭活疫苗的研究

Isolation of Swine Streptococcus and Development of an Oil - adjuvant Inactivated Vaccine

内蒙古包头市郊某猪场仔猪发生高发病率、高死亡率疾病。经检查，确诊为猪链球菌病。用该场发病仔猪分离的链球菌，研制成猪链球菌油乳剂死活疫苗，给怀孕母猪产前４０ｄ和２０ｄ各免疫一次，结合其他防制措施，控制了该猪场链球菌病的发生，使仔猪的成活率达到 ９５％以上。

A disease occurred in piglets in a pig farm in the suburbs of Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region between September and November, 1999, characterized by high morbidity and mortality. It was diagnosed as swine streptococcicosis based on epidimeology, clinical manisfestation, pathological findings and bacteriological exam- ination. An oil - adjuvant invactivated vaccine was developed by using streptococcus strain isolated from the infected piglets in the farm. The pregnant sows were vaccinated twice 40 day and 20 day respectively before farrowing. The disease was put under control and the piglet survival rate reached over 95%.
