不同抗旱性小麦幼芽中甜菜碱醛脱氢酶活性和蛋白含量的变化 被引量:2

摘要 以不同抗旱性小麦品种幼芽为实验材料 ,分析了甜菜碱醛脱氢酶 (BADH)蛋白含量和酶活性。结果表明 ,不同品种小麦幼芽中的BADH蛋白含量和酶活性与其抗旱性密切相关 ,抗旱性强的品种BADH的含量和活性比抗性弱的高。 The protein contents and enzyme activity of BADH from different drought resistance wheat seedlings were determined in this paper. The results showed that there were larger content of BADH and higher activity in the seedlings of resistant varieties, the sensitive varieties were inverse. Therefore the authors put forward that the content and activity of BADH protein could be used as the reference criterion for resistance appraisal of crops plasmgerm.
