摘要
将四合木 (Tetraena mongolica Maxim.)外植体诱导产生的愈伤组织进行细胞悬浮培养。通过实验在 MS培养基附加 2 ,4- D0 .1m g/L,6 - BA0 .2 5 mg/L,水解酪蛋白 5 0 0 m g L 的液体培养基中培养 ,经 12 0~ 15 0 r/m in摇床振荡分散建立细胞悬浮系 ,直到体细胞胚胎产生后转至无激素的固体培养基中产生再生植株。结果表明 :四合木悬浮培养条件下可以得到胚状体 ,并形成试管苗。
The callus of Tethena mongolica Maxim.was cultured by cell suspension culture.The callus was cultured on the liquid Ms medium with 2,4-D 0.1mg/L,6-BA 0.25mg/L and CH 500 mg/L.The callus was vibrated(120-150r/min) and scaltered to establish cell suspension.After this process,the somatic embryo appeared,then was transfered to the solid Ms medium,and plant regeneration was produced.The result showed that the somatic enbryo can be developed under the condition of the supension culture and develops into a regenerated plant.
