东北春麦区小麦白粉病菌生理小种鉴定及其RAPD分析

Determination and RAPD Analysis of Physiological Strain of Erysiphe graminis in Northeasten Spring Wheat Area of China

对 1999～ 2 0 0 0年小麦白粉病菌的生理小种进行了鉴定 ,并分析了小种种群的变化。应用 2 3个随机引物对白粉病菌 8个不同生理小种进行RAPD分析 ,其中 11个引物的扩增带型在不同生理小种间出现差异 ,共扩增出 5 9条谱带 ,多态性为 47 5 %。通过对RAPD分析结果进行聚类分析 ,初步探明了白粉菌小种间的亲缘关系及其与小种毒力高低的相关性。

The physiological strains of Erysiphe graminis were determined in 1999～2000 and the changes of strain groups were analyzed. Differences were found among 8 strains from RAPD analysis. Out of 23 random primers, 11 were polymorphic. Altogether 59 RAPD bands were found and the polymorphic rate was 47.5%. Genetic relationships among the 8 strains and their correlation to the virulence of the strains were studied through cluster analysis on the RAPD bands.
