水解法制备TiO_2纳米粉的脱水方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 在冰水浴中用水解法制备了TiO2纳米粉,冲洗、过滤后将同一样品分为两部分,一部分直接干燥;另一部分用酒精置换一段时间后再干燥;煅烧之后用X-射线衍射(XRD))和扫描电镜(SEM)对粉体进行表征。通过对比,发现不同的后续处理方法所得到的粉体X-射线谱线及形貌等均有较大的差别,并应用晶体生长的界面相模型对这现象进行了分析与讨论。 The TiO2 nano-powder was made in the ice-cold water by the hydrolyzing way. After drying and filtrating, the sample was divided into two parts,one was calcined directly,the other was replaced by CH3CH3OH,then the powder was characterized by XRD and SEM. By contrasting,it is found that the crystal type of the powder is different between the two samples. The discussion and analysis on its difference were made by using the interface-phase model.
