摘要
研究了热压AlN陶瓷在1200~1400℃的氧化行为,分析了不同的烧结助剂对AlN陶瓷氧化行为的影响。结果表明,AlN陶瓷在空气中的氧化符合抛物线规律,以Ni为添加剂的AlN陶瓷的高温抗氧化性优于以Y2O3为添加剂的NlN陶瓷。
The oxidation behavior of AIN ceramics prepared by hot-pressing sintering was investigated. Influences of the different additives on the oxidation behavior of AlN ceramics were discussed. The results showed that the oxidation hehavior in air in the range of 1200℃ and 1400℃ for the samples can be described with the parabolic law.The oxidation resistence of (Ni-doped) AlN ceramics is superior to that of AIN(Y2O3)ceramics.
