摘要
研究了用于分米波 (30 0～ 2 0 0 0MHz)介质谐振器、滤波器的微波陶瓷材料的配方和制备工艺。采用XRD对这种材料进行了物相分析 ,测定了其主要性能。利用该种材料制成了介质滤波器及分米波通信设备用的小型、轻量的片式元器件。
The contents and preparation technology of material which is used to make dielectric resonators and filters in decimeter-wave region are discussed.It ′s phase composition is analysized by XRD and it ′s main properties are tested.This kind of material is used to make dielectric filters and miniature,light and chip coponents for communication equipments in decimeter-wave region.
