摘要
合成了一系列桐酸甲酯改性酚醛胺 ,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、原料及加料方式对产物胺值和粘度的影响。研究表明 ,同时滴加甲醛和多乙烯多胺至桐酸甲酯酚加成物中 ,于 60~ 80℃回流反应 2h ,减压蒸除反应水及低沸点物质即可得到预定产物。测定了该产物与环氧树脂固化物的力学性能、耐腐蚀性及耐热性。结果表明 。
A series of Mannich bases modified with eleostearate were synthesized. The relationships between the reaction time,temperature,raw materiails,adding sequence and the amine value,viscosity of the products were then discussed.It is indicatied that the reaction was completed by adding formaldehyde and polyethylene polyamine to the adduct of methyl eleostearate with phenols in the same time while refluxing for 2 h at 60~ 80 ℃ ,then removing the water and other unreacted materails under depress pressure.The mechanical property,the corrosion and heat resistance of cured resin were studied.The result confirmed the comprehensive properties of cured resin are better than that of cured with normal one's.
