摘要
在强酸性阳离子交换树脂存在下,由乳酸和正丁醇合成了乳酸正丁酯。当乳酸和正丁醇的摩尔比为 1∶ 2,强酸性阳离子交换树脂的用量 0. 5 g,回流分水 100 min时酯收率达 99. 3%。同时,研究了催化剂的重复使用性能。
N- butyl lactate was synthesized from lactic acid and n- butyl alcohol in the presence of strongly acidic cationic exchange resin. The yield of the ester can reach 99.3% under mole ratio of lactic acid and n- butyl alcohol was 0.1:0.2, the amount of strongly acidic cationic exchange resin was 0.5 g, refluxing and water seprating for 100 min. The reusability of the catalyst was studied.
