摘要
简单介绍了强化传热技术的发展和板棒式换热器的结构和传热原理,对主要传热元件-圆柱肋棒的传热效率做了理论分析,研究了在传热效率恒定的条件下,肋棒的长径比与传热操作条件间的相互关系。同时以单位质量材耗的换热能力最大为目标函数,分析研究了在不同雷诺数Re的操作条件下肋棒长度L、直径d及板厚δ之间的关系,并给出了板棒式换热器的优化设计数据。
The technology of enhanced heat transfer,the structure and heat transfer mechanism of the plate-stick heat exchanger were first briefly introduced in this paper. Then,the heat transfer efficiency of the main component - cylindrical stick was theoretically analyzed,and the relation between the ratio of the length and diameter and operating conditions was researched. With the heat transfer capability based on the unit material consumption as the objective function,the relations of the length L and diameter d of the stick and plate thickness were analyzed and researched on the basis of the same Reno number. Finally,the optimized design parameters for the plate-stick heat exchangers were presented.
