摘要 一根丙烯管道在使用中发生泄漏,经分析研究确认裂纹为管道制造时存在的缺陷,由于该裂纹处于焊接热影响区,局部过热区出现魏氏体组织,造成该部位材料较脆,在使用中该裂纹逐渐向内扩展直至穿透内壁,造成介质泄漏。今后应该加强对新建和在用压力管道的检验检测,对发现的缺陷应进行分析和安全评估,保证在用压力管道安全正常的运行。 The leakage occurred in one acryl piping in application. When analysis was carried out,it is determined that the crack was resulted from the defect existing in fabrication. Because the crack existed in the welding heat affected area where the material is brittle in view of being overheated,it propagated toward inside wall in application till the wall was penetrated and leakage oc-curred. The inspection for the piping in fabrication and service should be emphasized further and the analysis and the assessment should be carried out to make the piping be used in safe condition.
