摘要 研制出一种新型的不含氰化物、氟化物以及有毒重金属离子的HG铝合金浸锌液。研究了浸渍温度、时间、搅拌和铝合金材料对镀层结合力的影响。该浸锌液的工作温度为 0~ 40℃ ,较佳温度范围为 2 0~ 30℃ ,当温度低于 2 0℃时 ,浸锌时间应在30s以上 ;当温度高于 30℃时 ,浸锌时间应小于 30s。在静止、机械或超声搅拌的情况下均能获得结合力优异的镀镍层 ,可用于硬铝、锻铝、铸铝及粉末冶金铝件的镀镍前处理。此外 ,热震试验能提高镀层与基体的结合力。因此 ,不能用于评价铝上镀镍的结合力。 A new HG zinc dipping solution without cyanide, fluoride and poisonous heavy metal ions for aluminum and its alloys was advanced. The effect of dipping temperature, time, agitation and base material on adhesion of nickel electrodeposit were studied. The effective temperature range of the zinc dipping process is from 0 to 40℃ and more preferably 20 to 30℃, when the temperature is below 20℃, zinc dipping time is preferably more than 30 seconds, when the temperature is above 30℃, zinc dipping time is preferably less than 30 seconds. Nickel electrodeposit with excellent adhesion can be obtained on duralum, wrought aluminum, cast aluminum and powder metallurgy aluminum parts with mechanical, ultrasonic agitation or with no agitation. In addition, thermal quench treatment improves the adhesion of nickel deposit and is not suitable for the evaluation of adhesion between nickel deposit and aluminum substrate.
