丙烯酸立体锤纹涂料的研制

Development of acrylic hammer paint

研制了一种丙烯酸立体锤纹涂料。介绍了其配方及配制过程 ,测量了其各项性能 ,并探讨了丙烯酸树脂、锤纹助剂、铝粉、施工粘度和溶剂对漆膜性能及锤纹效果的影响。结果表明 :丙烯酸立体锤纹涂料的各项性能优良 ,施工简单、成本低 ,所得锤纹均匀美观。

Acrylic hammer paint was developed. Formula and preparation of this hammer paint were described. The effect of acrylic resin, hammer auxiliary, aluminum powder, operating viscosity and solvent on hammer and properties of the coatings obtained was studied. The results show that the developed acrylic hammer paint has excellent properties which is easy to operate, and has low cost, hammer appearance obtained is uniform and beautiful.
