摘要
系统地研究了在催化剂 DMP- 30的作用下 ,通过异氰酸酯的三聚化反应在聚氨酯分子主链上定量地引入热稳定性高的杂环化合物 -异氰脲酸酯 ,并适量添加增强材料炭纤维 ,采用二步法合成工艺 ,通过物理力学性能、热失重、热空气老化性能的测试表明 。
This paper systemly studies on the reaction of introduction high thermal stability heterocyclic compound to polyurethane fundamentel chain quantitatively by tripolymerization (isocyanurate) using DMP 30 as catalyst, wherein suitably filled in carbon fiber as reinforced material. Polyurethane sealed material made by two steps synthetical technique is proved to have higher thermal stability and better mechanical property through tests on mechanical property, thermogravimetric analysis, hot air aging property.
