摘要 含有羧酸盐亲水基团 ,端基为可水解缩合的硅氧烷基的预聚体作为疏水物质如甲苯的分散剂获得内含疏水物质 ,预聚体为壳层的纳米胶囊。预聚体壳层中的硅氧烷经水解缩合形成交联。气相色谱测定水解醇浓度证明水解缩合在常温 2 4 h内完成。透射电子显微镜 (TEM) A prepolymer with one or two build in carboxylic salt groups and two alkoxysilane end groups were synthesized. The prepolymer had surface activive property and could make hydrophobic solvent such as toluene to disperse in water to form a nanocapsules with prepolymer as shell. The alkoxysilane groups in the prepolymer shell underwent hydrolysis followed by condensation to make the shell harder. Gas chromatograph study shows that almost all the alkoxysilane groups hydrolyzed within 24 h. TEM study shows the average size of nanocapsules is about 120 nm, the nanocapsule wall is about 20 nm in thick.
