摘要
通过 Ce4 + 盐与羟甲基化炭黑组成的氧化还原体系引发了丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸 - N,N-二甲胺基乙酯等带不同电荷的单体在羟甲基化炭黑表面进行接枝聚合 ,研究了引发剂浓度、单体浓度及单体的电荷情况对接枝聚合反应的影响 ,用 IR表征了聚合物接枝炭黑 ,并考察了接枝不同电荷的聚合物分子链对炭黑粒子表面
Three kinds of monomer with different charges, i.e., acrylic acid (AA), acrylamide (AM) and N,N dimethylamino ethyl acrylate (AD), were graft polymerized on the surface of hydroxymethylated carbon black initiated by the Ce 4+ . The results show the appropriate concentration of monomers for graft polymerization were to be at 2.5 mol/L, 1.9 mol/L and 1.3 mol/L respectively, the appropriate initiator concentration were to be at 6 mmol/L, 20 mmol/L and 15 mmol/L, respectively, the ζ potential of particles increased if the grafting chains are electropositive, and decreased if the grafting chain are electronegative. The grafted carbon blacks were affirmed by IR spectroscopy.
