摘要
对固相生物合成的L PAC(左旋麻黄素前体 )提取技术进行了研究。结果表明 ,采用H型大孔吸附树脂从生物合成的反应产物中提取L PAC最佳。当样品液pH为 6左右、过柱流速为0 2~ 0 3BV/min、柱直径与树脂高度比为 1 5∶11,用质量分数为 70 %丙酮水溶液洗脱 ,该大孔吸附树脂对L PAC的动态吸附量为 6 1 6 9mg/g。洗脱的丙酮水溶液经减压浓缩 ,获油状L PAC粗品 ,其质量浓度不低于 0 2
The extraction techniques of L PAC, L ephedrine precursor biosynthesized by immobilized Sc 5 yeast cell,were systematically studied.Results showed that it was most fovourable to use aperture H type absorption resin for the extraction of L PAC from biosynthesized products.Dynamic absorption capacity of this resin was 61 69 mg/g when pH of the sample solution was about 6,velocity of flow through the resin column was 0 2-0 3 BV/min,ratio of column diameter to resin highness was 1 5∶11 and the resin was washed with 70% aqueous acetone.Crude oil of L PAC was easily obtained by evaporating acetone solution under reduced pressure.It contains more than 0 24 g L PAC/mL.
