1,2-环己二醇气相催化脱氢制备邻苯二酚的研究 被引量:11

摘要 探讨了由 1,2 环己二醇气相催化脱氢制备邻苯二酚的工艺过程 ,采用Pd/活性炭为催化剂 ,在催化剂负荷为 0 3g环己二醇 / (g催化剂·h) ,反应温度 30 0℃条件下 ,环己二醇转化率 >90 % ,邻苯二酚选择性 >85 %。产物采用溶剂萃取 ,产品含量w (邻苯二酚 )≥ 99% The process of catechol synthesis by gaseous catalytic dehydrogenation of 1,2-cyclohexanediol was researched. Convervion of 1,2-cyclohexandiol and selectivity for catechol were over 90% and 85% respectively. Purity of catechol was over 99% by solvent extraction.
