摘要
介绍了XYG85大容量、高倍率锌银蓄电池的设计思想及工艺参数的确定过程。实验电池测试结果表明:以烧结式银正极、涂膏式锌负极、低电阻纤维素膜、小网孔银切拉网集流体、阶梯状极柱为基本结构,通过对活性物质量与电流密度间量化关系的分析,可以实现电池容量与电流密度的综合平衡,即解决了电池在大电流放电过程中的温升过高问题,使得该蓄电池实现了高比功率与高比能量的统一。所研制的XYG85比容量达到123.5 Ah/L,比功率达到1543.6 W/L。
:Using XYG85 as an example,the designing thought and the determination process of technical parameter for high capacity zinc/silver storage battery suitable for high rate discharge were described in this article. The results shown that,with sintered silver cathode,plastic coating zinc anode,low resistance cellulose membrane,small pore silver foil collector and step shape polar as basic material,the balance between the battery capacity and the discharge current density can be reached,that is the limit of temperature increasing during high rate discharge can be solved.The specific power and energy of the designed XYG85 zinc/silver battery were 1543.6 W/L,123.5 Ah/L respectively.
