摘要
电池用碳棒的灰分、铁含量和电阻率均是碳棒的重要技术参数。通过对碳棒成分的分析,以及对灰分、铁含量、电阻率三者之间关系的研究,推导出灰分和铁含量的推算公式,用于推算灰分或铁含量,并可以作为审核灰分和铁含量检测结果的一种简易方法。
Ash content,iron content and specific resistance are important technical requirements in carbon rod for battery.The conversion formula on ash content and iron content was derived by studying the component,analytical method and the relation among ash content,iron content and specific resistance in carbon rod.It can be used for calculating ash content and iron content.It is also a convenient method on auditing the test results of ash content and iron content in carbon rod.
