玉米秸秆为原料制备羧甲基纤维素 (CMC) ,最佳条件为 :m (纤维素 )∶m (NaOH)∶m(ClCH2 COOH) =1 0∶1 0∶1 2 ,以w (C2 H5OH) =85 %的酒精为溶剂 ,碱化温度 30℃ ,时间 6 0min ,醚化温度 70℃ ,时间 15 0min ,产品黏度 40 0~ 6 0 0mPa·s,取代度 0 6~ 0 7,有效成分质量分数 >80 %
In this article,we report a method of praparing carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) form straw of mealie and got the best reaction conditions.The weight ratio of cellulose to sodium hydroxide to chloroacetic acid was 1.0∶1.0∶1.2.Cellulose was alkalified at 30 ℃ for 60 min and etherified at 70 ℃ for 150 min in 85% ethanol.Viscosity of CMC was 400 to 600 mPa·s .Degree of substitution was 0.6 to 0.7 and mass fraction of available composition was >80%.
