摘要
以乳酸与醇的酯化反应、酒石酸与醇的酯化反应及羧酸与环氧氯丙烷得开环酯化反应为模型反应 ,研究了改性片麻岩作为催化剂对上述反应的催化性能。在n (羧酸 )∶n(醇 ) =1 0∶5 2的条件下发生酯化反应 ,羧酸转化率不低于 90 % ,而且基本不发生羟基酸分子间的酯化反应。改性片麻岩对羧酸的酯化反应具有催化作用 ,而且副反应少 ,易于分离 。
In this paper, it is reported that the esterification between dl-lactic acid, dl-tartaric acid and various alcohol are catalyzed by modified gnarl. In addition, the ring-opening esterification between carboxylic acid and epichlorohydrin is also studied by using the modified gnarl catalyst. It is found that when the mole ratio of carboxylic acid and alcohol is 1:5.2, yields of all the esters are above 90%, demonstrating that modified gnarl is a kind of catalyst with high activity and without pollution of the environment.
