This article introduces the process of extracting fluorescence europium oxide from 30 % europium oxide ore by using the method of P507 reduction and extraction,which carried out in the 15 L water-seal mixing tank without protecting with inert gas. The purity of product comes up to 99. 99 % ,and the rate of extraction is more than 98. 5 %.
