The Analysis and Management of Coal Fine Dust Treatment in Gasworks

煤气厂原煤在输送加工过程中,产生的煤粉浓度大,经采用回转反吹扁布袋除尘等设施处理,可达国家现定指标。

The anthracite lump which is prepared by crushing and screening is conveyed to the fixed bed gasifier to make producer gas in gasworks. A lot of coal fine dust is discharged in the process of transportation and preparation of anthracite lump. This is very difficult to treat the dust because of many equipments and long conveyor belts. According to the characteristic of the processing equipments and coal fine dust,rotary and anti-blowing bag filter dedustors are designed and adopted. The operation effect of the dedustors is obviously efficient.
