摘要
以镁橄榄石和镁砂为主要原料 ,粘土为结合剂 ,利用泡沫法制备了微孔、高强度的镁橄榄石制品。研究了泡沫法制备工艺过程中 ,料浆稠度对孔径分布和制品强度的影响。结果表明 :稠度为6 0mm时 ,试样中 <2 0 μm的微孔数量最多 。
Using natural forsterite and magnesite clinker as raw materials, the forsterite refractories with micropore and high strength has been prepared by foaming method.Effect of slurry consistency on micropore size distribution and strength of the samples was investigated in the preparation of forsterite refractory by foaming method.The results show that when the slurry consistency is 60?mm,the amount of micropores (d<20?μm) is the largest and strength is the highest.
