镁碳砖的显微结构

Microstructure of MgO-C brick

用光学偏光显微镜观察了热处理前、后MgO -C砖试样的显微结构。结果表明 :树脂、沥青及石墨均能很好地分散在镁砂颗粒之间。经 6 0 0℃热处理后由树脂所形成的炭化产物呈各向同性的多孔网状结构 。

Microstructure of MgO-C brick before and after heat treatment was observed by optical microscope.The results showed that resin,pitch and graphite were well distributed in MgO grain.After heat treatment at 600?℃,carbon formed by resin had isotropic porous netty structure,but carbon formed by pitch had weak anisotropic mosaic texture.
