Elementary Introduction to Results from Use of New Technology for Coal Gasification

介绍了近年内中小型氮肥厂在煤造气工序中技术改造所取得的成果 ,并重点对中氮肥工艺流程存在的问题和小氮肥工艺流程改造后的优点、煤气炉扩径后附属设备的配套、专用炉箅的选用、空气鼓风机选型、微机换代、余热锅炉更新。

Results from technical renovation are described of the coal gasification section in medium and small scale nitrogenous fertilizer plants in recent years, with emphasis on the problems existing in the technological process used in medium scale nitrogenous fertilizer plants, advantages of that revamped in small scale plants, auxiliary corollary equipment after enlargement of diameter of the gasifiers,selection of special purpose grates, model selection of air blowers, replacement of older generations of microprocessors, renewal of waste heat boliers, and development trend of automatic coke feeders.
