建立了实验室工业模拟脱碳装置 ,在接近工业条件下对脱碳溶液进行综合评价 ,表明MDEA水溶液的浓度在 3 .0kmol/m3 时脱碳效果最佳。在相同实验条件以及相同的溶液配比浓度条件下 ,研究比较添加了不同活化剂的MDEA溶液的综合脱碳性能 ,获得了各活化剂的相对活性次序为哌嗪 >二乙醇胺 >
An industrial simulation CO 2 removal unit is established in the laboratory. A comprehensive evaluation is made of the solution for CO 2 removal under approximately industrial conditions, showing that the aqueous MDEA solution gives the optimal CO 2 removal result at a concentration of 3.0 kmol/m 3. Under the same experimental conditions and with the same solution concentration after proportioning, a comparison is made of the overall CO 2 removal properties of the MDEA solution with the addition of various activators, and a relative order of activity of the activators is obtained, viz., piperazine>diethanolamine>piperidine.
