摘要
研究了过氧化氢蒎烷( PHP)对丁苯橡胶聚合的影响。与过氧化氢二异丙苯( DIP)引发聚合的对比结果表明, PHP的催化活性要比 DIP的高,同样纯度的引发剂, PHP质量分数为 DIP的 54%时二者具有相同的引发效果 ,而且对所制备胶乳性能的影响相近。用 PHP制得的 SBR 1502橡胶的相对分子质量分布和物理机械性能与用 DIP制备的接近。 PHP与 DIP混合引发剂不影响聚合速率。
The effect of pinane hydroperoxide (PHP) on the polymerization of SBR 1502 was studied. The results showed that PHP had higher catalytic activity than that of diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide(DIP), and 54% (mass fraction) PHP had the same initiation effect compared with that of 100% DIP. The effect of PHP on properties of SBR latex was similar to DIP. The M over-bar w/M over-bar n and properties of SBR 1502 manufactured by PHP and DIP were approximate. The mixture of PHP and DIP had no influence on polymerization rate.
