摘要
介绍了PP方椅的形状,研究了点浇口、4套油缸、热流道注射成型PP方椅的模具结构及运行特征,阐述了热流道温度控制的条件和办法。根据物料的性能特点,重点分析了注射压力、注射速度、模具温度等工艺参数对制品的影响,按照列出的工艺条件进行调试。结果表明:所生产的制品无任何流痕、飞边等其他缺陷,取得了良好效果。
The shape of pp armchair are introduced. The structure of the point gate and hot runner of mould, four sets of cylinders and its operative characteristics were researched. It was described how to control the temperature of hot runner. On the basis of the features of materials, the effects of injecfion pressure, injection speed and temperatures of mould on the articles were emphatically analysed. According to the technical conditions designed to control the operation, the results indicated that the products have no flow mark, flash and other faults.
