摘要
本文涉及胶体电池用硅溶胶的质量控制与监测问题。研究表明,硅溶胶中SiO2含量、溶胶粘度、溶胶中的杂质氧化钠、三氧化二铁、钙(镁)离子等几项指标可以作为评价硅溶胶质量优劣的依据。使用时,应通过适当的理化检验方法,对上述指标进行监测,以克服胶体电解质配制的盲目性。
This paper describes the quality control and monitoring of silica gel for gelled electrolyte batteries. It is shown that concentration of SiO2 in gel, viscosity of gel and impurity in gel are critical parameters. The quality analysis and control are put into effect by physical and chemical methods. The parameters must be known to curb blindness in action with preparation of gelled elecgrolyte.
