摘要
介绍了一种多功能蓄电池检测分析设备及其实现方法。该设备采用三级计算机分布式控制结构 ,适用于各类蓄电池 ,如镉镍、金属氢化物镍、锂离子、铅酸等单体及组合电池的性能测试 ,具有恒流分段、恒流恒压、脉冲等多种充电模式。8个通道完全独立 ,可异步启动、停止 ,能够同时采用 8种完全不同的参数对电池进行测试 ,极适于研究蓄电池不同充放电制度下的特性及最佳充电制度。实际应用表明 ,该系统具有精度高、功能强、稳定可靠等特点 ,是蓄电池生产厂家及科研单位首选实验设备。
A kind of performance testing equipment for rechargeable battery was presented. The system, with three-level computers control mode, could be used for different types of rechargable batteries, such as Ni-Cd、Ni-MH、Li-ion and lead-acid.It had two main features which made it very suitable for detecting battery performances at different charging mode,and the batterys best charging mode. First, it presented various types of charging methods, such as constant current staggering charging, constant current and constant voltage charging, and pulse current charging. Second, it had eight different sorts of parameters to test the batteries simulataneously, each channel could be started and stopped independently. The results of practical application show that the system is precise, versatile and stable. Now it is becoming a kind of preferred experiment device for manufacturers and research institute which is specialized in rechargeable battery.
