摘要
在对一台670 t/h锅炉再热器壁温及烟温进行的工业性研究基础上,系统分析了该 炉热再入口截面的速度偏差和烟温偏差形成的机理、影响因素和对策,认为其根本原因是炉 膛出口气流的残余旋转。采取措施后解决了爆管问题。
Based on the technical research of the tube wall temperature and flue gas temperature of a HG 670t/h boiler, the forming mechanism, influencing factor s and countermeasures of flue gas velocity deviation and flue gas temperature de viation in horizontal duct are systematically analyzed. It is thought that the r esidual turning at the exit of furnace is the fundamental reason for above devia tion.
