摘要
镉电极的低利用率限制了大容量Cd-Ni电池的发展,提高镉电极的利用率和氧复合能力是开发快充型、大容量、少维护镉镍电池的关键。论述了控制镉电极的主要活性成分- CdO的生产条件、结构和组成的重要性;分析了用于镉电极的各种导电剂、粘合剂、表面活性剂和其它添加剂的性能特点和作用。
:The development of high capacity Cd-Ni battery was restricted by the low use ratio of cadmium electrode.So increasing the use ratio and oxygen composite ability of cadmium electrode is the key of development of quick-charging, high-capability,few maintenance Cd-Ni battery.CdO is the main active ingredient in cadmium electrode.The importance of controlling its product condition,configuration and form was discussed.The capability and function of all kinds of surface active agents and other addition agents used in cadmium electrode were analysed.
