摘要
设计并制造出了一种新型的机电式单相单拍步进电机 ,它能在单极性电脉冲的控制下实现连续的起动和步进运动 ,电机绕组通电和断电时各转动一个步矩角。从原理上讲 ,这种电机单靠不对称结构不足以形成起动力矩 ,我们采用机电结合的方法使电机的综合矩角特性变成非对称形状 ,满足了单相步进电机正常起动和运转的条件。文中简单介绍了这种机电式单相单拍运行步进电机的结构特点 ,从理论上分析其工作原理 ,重点讨论了其静态特性与动态特性 ,阐述了此电机能正常起动及运行的条件 。
We have designed and fabricated a new type single-phase stepping motor. It realizes the stepping rotating action controlled by the inputting electric pulse's on-or-off point. In principle,this type stepping motor can't operate only by asymmetry structure, so we adopt mechanism to satisfy the normal starting and operation conditions. The operating principle and structure of this new type electromechanical single-phase stepping motor are presented in this paper. After analyzing its static and dynamic characteristics, the paper sets forth the normal starting and movement conditions. Some test results of the prototype are also presented.
