摘要
利用拟南芥RPS2基因和烟草N基因的NBS -LRR区域设计的S1和AS3两个引物对 2 4个黑龙江粳稻品种基因组DNA进行PCR扩增和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳。分析结果表明 :根据差异相似性 86 %为度可将供试品种划分为 3个类群。
The genetic diversity of 24 rice varieties in Heilongjiang Province were studied using resistance gene analogue (RGA) based on resistance gene conserved sequences,nucleotide binding site (NBS) and leucine rich repeats (LRR). The clustering result showed that all the varieties were divided into 3 lineages according to the DNA band data at the level of 86% dissimilarity. The information from this study may be useful in rice production by inter planting different varieties in a field and breeding resistance varieties by the means of providing with different parental varieties.
