摘要
以烤烟品种“K32 6”为材料进行盆栽试验 ,研究在不同施Ca条件下对烤烟吸收Ca、K营养的影响。结果表明 :生育前期 (团棵和旺长期 ) ,随着施Ca量的提高 ,烟叶含Ca量增加 ,烟茎含Ca量也有增加 ,但较烟叶少 ;烟叶和烟茎含K量都增加。生育后期 (现蕾和成熟期 ) ,烟叶和烟茎的含Ca量以及含K量均下降。成熟期风干鲜叶中 ,施中Ca量的烟碱含量较高 。
A Pot culture trial, using flue cured tobacco species K326, was conducted to deterimine the effect of various Ca levels on Ca and K absorption by tobacco plants. Research results showed that Ca Content of leaf and stem inereased with increasing rates of calium application at front growth stage (mass stage and vigorous growth stage), but Ca inerement of stem was smaller than leaf. Potassium content of leaf and stem increased also. Ca,K content of leaf and stem decreased at late growth stage (Squaring stage and mature stage). Nicotine content of air dry leaves was higher in the moderate rate of Ca fertilizer at mature stage, and reducing sugar content of leaves was higer in the high Ca treatment.
