摘要
Cp G ODN是指一些含有未甲基化的 Cp G二核苷酸的寡聚脱氧核苷酸 ,具有较强的免疫激活能力。本文就 Cp G ODN的研究背景、作用机制进行了综述 ,并介绍了它在寄生虫学上的应用。
The unmethylated CpG motifs are oligodeoxynudeotides that have strong immunostimulatory activity. In this apper, we reviewed the background of studying and the mechanism of action about CpG motifs and introduced its application in parasitology as well.
