摘要
抗药性是药物预防鸡球虫病的主要障碍 ,鸡球虫抗药性的检测方法主要包括笼饲试验法 (鸡体测定法 )、鸡胚试验法、细胞培养法、聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法、同工酶测定法、PCR测定法等 ,本文对上述各种检测方法及其判定标准进行了综述。
Drug resistance has been recognized as a major cause of the failure of drugs to control coccidiosis in the fowl. In this article, several methods and their evaluating standards are available to investigate the drug resistance of Eimeria spp. isolates to anticoccidials, including battery trials, chicken embryo, cell culture, Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, Isozymes electrophoresis, PCR, etc.
