超氧化物歧化酶对大鼠肾热缺血再灌注损伤的作用—组织学观察

摘要 本文观察了经超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)处理的大鼠热缺血再灌注肾脏的组织学改变。结果表明未经 SOD 处理的动物肾脏热缺血1小时,再灌注24小时肾皮质近端小管损伤严重,并以细胞坏死为主。血管球中各细胞水肿,膜结构模糊、破裂、线粒体肿胀,嵴紊乱消失等改变。而经 SOD 处理的肾脏小管损伤轻、以变性表现为主,血管球近于正常。本文还详细地描述两组动物肾脏的组织学改变。 In the present study the histological evaluation of superoxide dismutase effect on warm ischemia/reperfusion injury in rat'skidneys has been car- ried out by light and electron microscopy.Blind review of specimcns from free radical scavenger treated rats revealed greater tubular injury in cont- rol kidneys.The control kidneys differed from SOD treated kidneys,in most part,because of greater extent of cellular necrosis.Also,the ultra- structurel changes showed that membranous structure swelled.especially mitochondria,and plasma membrane rupture could be found in cells of glomeruli.However,there were less tubular injury and nearly normal ultrasru-cture of glomerular cells in SOD treated kidneys.
