摘要
生菜籽提取物(Lactuca Sativa L,Var Romana Hort Semen extract)iv 0.74g/kg能明显缩短肾上腺素诱发清醒家兔心律失常的持续时间;iv生菜籽提取1.4g/kg物能显著增加恒速(2μg/0.2me/min)滴注乌头碱(AC)引起麻醉大鼠室性早搏(VE)、室性心动过速(VT)、室性纤颤(VF)所需AC用量;iv生菜籽提取物2.4g/kg,明显拖延恒速(10μg/0.2nl/min)滴注哇巴因(Oua)所致麻醉豚鼠VE,VT和VF出现的时间,即增加出现VE、VT和VF所需的Oua用量.结果表明该制剂具有抗心律失常作用。
The extract of Lactuca Sativa L, Var Romana Hort sjmen 0.74g/kg iv markedly shortened the duration of arrhythmia elicited by iv Epinephrine 50μg/kg in unanesthctized rabbits. In the anesthetized rats, the extract 1.4g/kg iv significantly elevated the dose of aconitine (2μg/min iv) reauired to induce ventricular fibrillation (VF).In the anesthetized guinea pigs, the extract 2.4g/kg iv dramatically elevated the dose of Ouabain (lOug/min iv) required to induce VE, VT, VF.The results suggested that the extract exerted antiarrhythmic actions.IP LD50 of this drugs in mice was 79.05g/kg.It was considered that it was very useful in the treatment of arrhythmia as a kind of low toxic and highly effective antiarrhythmic drug.
