摘要
跨国公司在华经过数十年的投资以后,对中国市场已经比较熟悉,而且,随着中国市场在跨国公司全球战略体系中地位的上升,以及中国市场与国际市场惯例接轨步伐的加快,跨国公司在华市场行为发生了一些引人注目的变化。本文归纳了这些最新变化并揭示这些变化产生的原因。
After investment of multinational corporate(MNC)in China for several decades,the MNCs have been familiar with Chinese market.With the rising of the positi on of Chinese market in the MNC' s global strategy system and with the acceleration of the process of combination of Chinese market with i nternational custom,the great chan ges of the MNC behavior in Chinese market have taken place.This paper tries to summaries these new ch anges and to reveal the causes of the n ew changes.
