文章从高校管理体制改革的意义 ,高等教育的类型、层次和结构 ,建立新型的教育管理体制和部门当前应注意的几项工作几方面 。
The article discussed the status and function of government department in higher eduction from these aspect:the meaning of management system reformation in colleges and universities,the type,arrangement and structure of higher education,building new education management system.
