摘要
以天然无咖啡碱南昆山毛叶茶为材料,通过染色体数目和组型分析,证明其是一种进化程度较高的乔木型、大叶类茶树;生物碱组成和含量的单株测定结果表明:南昆山毛叶茶在有性群体品种中低咖啡碱含量单株比例可达 81.82%;低咖啡碱单株的理化成分与一般茶树品种没有显著差异。
Nankun shan tea leaf variety was a world rare tea resource not containing caffeine.The chromosome number and karyotype analysis showed that it was a kind of evolutionary arboreous macrophyllous tea phant.In the variety,81.82% of the single plant were non- caffeine or of low caffeine content. But the rest biochemical compositions besides alkaloid were of no greater shan different than the high caffeine content plant.
