摘要
本文利用高效液相色谱仪初步研究了叶酸的稳定性。结果表明叶酸对热、中性偏碱、还原剂、蔗糖等较稳定,对酸、氧化剂等不稳定。
The stability of folic acid was investigated with HPLC.The results showed that it was stable to heating,neutral to alkali,reducing agent and sucrose.However,it was very sensitive to acid,and oxidant agent.
