摘要
验证了超临界二氧化碳作为从油脂脱臭馏出物中分离生育酚的可行性 .采用一套气液相交替循环的测定装置对油酸甲酯 -二氧化碳、生育酚 -二氧化碳体系进行了相平衡数据的测定 ,并据此进行了油酸甲酯、生育酚在超临界二氧化碳中溶解度、分配系数的分析 ,为超临界二氧化碳萃馏装置的设计积累了必要的基础数据 .
In an investigation of the possibility of extracting and fractionating tocopherol from oil deodorizer distillates using supercritical carbon dioxide, the data about phase equilibria of two binary systems, tocopherol carbon dioxide and methyl oleate carbon dioxide were measured, using a self made experimental equipment. The data were analyzed from two aspects, solubility and distribution coefficient. A preliminary conclusion can be drew. It is possible to be separated from oil deodorizer distillates using supercritical carbon dioxide.
