恶性肿瘤患者围手术期红细胞、血小板流变性的研究

Rheology Research of Red Blood Cell and Platelet of Malignant Tumor Patients During Preoperation and Postoperation Period

目的 研究恶性肿瘤患者围手术期红细胞、血小板流变性的变化及其临床意义。方法 取 38例恶性肿瘤患者的指尖末梢微量血 ,用可变投射显微镜 (BVPM - 15型 )测定红细胞流动性、聚集性、变形性及血小板聚集性的积分值及 4项指标的积分总值 ,并与正常人组进行对比。结果 恶性肿瘤患者微循环 5项指标测定值分别为2 0 .131± 1.6 38、2 5 .718± 2 .114、16 .0 0 2± 0 .6 88、16 .16 4± 1.432、83.2 6 8± 1.6 95 ,明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 通过该系统研究证明恶性肿瘤患者手术前后末梢血细胞流变性存在明显障碍 ,改善微循环状态具有重要意义。方法简便快速。

Objective:To investigate the rheological changes of red blood cell(RBC) and platelet (Plt) and their clincinal significance in malignanMethods:Take a little blood (0.3ul) from the finger tip of 38 malignant tumor patients and observe the clumping、fluidity、plastic of RBC and clumping of Plt with variable project microscope(BVPM-15Mode), give them intergral numbers and calculate their total number,then compare them with normal group.Result:The range of the above four indexes of malignant tumor patients were 20.131±1.638,25.71±2.114,16.002±0.688,16.164±1.432,83.268±1.695 respectively,they were apparently higher than normal people.Conclusion:research confirmed that there is distinct trouble of terminal blood cell rheology in malignant tumor patients during preoperation and postoperation period, it is very important to improve the microcirculation of such patients.The method in this research is simple and quick..
