摘要
目的 :探讨非充氧条件下紫外线体外照射对健康人外周血液流变性的影响。方法 :应用血液流变学检测技术 ,测定了照射前及照射后各 30名正常自愿者的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积、校正全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数及红细胞刚性指数 ,并对两者进行比较。结果 :(1)紫外线照射后健康人外周血全血粘度、血细胞压积、校正全血粘度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数等均降低 ,照射前后差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;(2 )紫外线照射后血浆粘度变化不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :非充氧条件下紫外线照射后可改善血液的流变性质 ,为紫外线的临床应用提供了实验依据。
Objective To explore the effect of ultraviolet irradiation on the peripheriial blood rheology in normal subjects.Methods The whole blood viscosity (η b),blood plasm viscosity(η p),aggregative index of red cell (EAI).red cell rigidity (TK) and hematonit (Ht) of 30 normal subjects were detected before and after irraditaion by method of rheology,the results before irradiation were compared with those after irradiation.Results:(1) After irradiation,the η b.nrel.TK and Ht decreased significantly (P<0.01).(2)η p was not significantly changed.Conclusion:Ultraviolet irradiation could improve blood rheological characteristics.This study has provide new evidence for clinical uses of ultraviolet irradiation.
